“EAST LEADING CO., LTD. ”with capital NTD 5,000,000 was established by Mr. Andy Lin in Taichung, Taiwan. At the beginning, we produced various rubber gloves. 30% of capacity was sold to local marketing in Taiwan, 70% of capacity was sold to Asia , U.S.A., Europe, Middle East, ...etc.

set up “GRAND GUARD TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION” with registered capital NTD 12,000,000 . We expanded production lines of rubber gloves. After that, we increased the capital to NTD 17,400,000 in 1989.

set up a branch and warehouse in Johore, Malaysia which managed trading business for gloves, glove molds, glove production machines, and relevant spare parts, etc… in Malaysian local and neighborhood marketing..

moved factory to Shanghai, China to enlarge the scale of Rubber / Nitrile coated work gloves. The joint venture manufactory named “SHANGHAI DONGLIN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD. ” with registered capital USD 823,200.00 . The joint venture manufactory expired until 2007.

the new production line of Disposable PE Gloves/ Disposable Apron was set up in Zhangjiagang. And then, the production capacity of new production line had been doubled until Feb. 2000.

our 100% owned factory named “LEADWELL RUBBER & PLASTIC CO., LTD.” was established, with registered capital USD 2,800,000.00 . It instead of “ SHANGHAI DONGLIN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. ”.

the company's annual turnover is about USD 9,300,000.00 (Gloves:50%)

more and more gloves demand in China domestic marketing, we began to sell all kinds of gloves in China.
